Virtual Apprenticeship Roadshow Events this summer

The Transform programme is delighted to invite you to take part in our Virtual Apprenticeship Roadshow Events this summer: SCTP is working in partnership with East Sussex County Council to run two Online Apprenticeship Roadshow Event on 11 June at 11:00-12:00 and 14 July at 18:00 – 19:30.
The events will bring together employers, training providers, young people, and their parents/carers, providing up to date information on apprenticeships (from pre-employment to higher and degree apprenticeships). Both Roadshows will feature panel events about apprenticeships giving the experiences of apprentices, apprenticeship employers and training providers.
If you are not free to join us on the day there are lots of other ways that you can get involved, for example, by allowing us to share information about your how your company supports apprenticeships or by enabling us to promote any apprenticeship vacancies that you have.  

They are looking for East Sussex Apprenticeship Employers to be part of the events to help promote apprenticeships, and to share their insight and experience with attendees. There will also be an opportunity to promote any live or future apprenticeship vacancies.

The Apprenticeship Roadshow will:

• Give employers a platform to showcase their current and future career opportunities.
• Promote live apprenticeship vacancies.
• Share real life apprenticeship case studies and inspirational stories.
• Give apprenticeship training providers a platform to promote their services.
• Give East Sussex schools clear information about pathways to apprenticeships.
• Give young people the opportunity to understand how apprenticeships work, to meet employers, to find out about live and future vacancies, and hear from education and training providers.
• Give parents and carers clear and accurate information about apprenticeships to ensure that they can better support young people.
• Give adult job seekers the chance to learn about vacancies and training opportunities.
• Include a professional panel of Employers, Providers, and Apprentices, to answer questions from our virtual audience.
• Provide further information and Next Steps for young people.
